‘Fashion horoscope’ postcards
These postcards formed part of a viral marketing campaign for Persil Revive; a product for spot-cleaning and freshening dry clean-only clothes in the tumble dryer.
The creative framework was a fashion horoscope, which delivered 12 sign-specific reasons to try the product. An email encouraged recipients to click on a virtual star chart and read about their fashion personality. They could then forward profiles to friends, and/or enter a competition to win vouchers for Harvey Nichols.
The accompanying postcards were placed in dispensers in bars and cafes and proved very popular – with people calling up to request the entire set of 12.
