Although it was commissioned as part of a drip-drip-drip sequence of messages designed to raise awareness of legacy giving among supporters, it proved highly successful in converting them. Together with its mail pack equivalent, it bought in over 200 pledges – versus 181 across all legacy approaches in the previous year.
